HCAM Weekly Gossip

Thanks for the acknowledgement to Sam Mitchell. I've known Sam for a number of years and it came with great shock when I heard the news he had past a week ago. He was a great guy and will be missed. RIP Sammy.

I remember seeing those pictures a while back of Oscar, he looked incredible in his heyday.

He did a lot of training with Kai if I am not mistaken, I would assume once he starts dieting he will still have a pretty serious physique for an older bloke.
 
Saw some recent vids of Alexei Lesukov...just loooking huuuuge....dunno if he looks any good though...wait till he has dieted down...
 

I think Jay should give it up to be honest...he can NEVER win another Mr.O now...would be near impossible....id have Branch being closer to a Mr.O win to him now..

Yeah, I guess it's got to be hard when you're at the top for something like a decade and then suddenly get pushed to the bottom and everyone counts you out. It's probably like a gambler already in great debt yet always says "one more bet".

Very true...I have no doubt he will compete in the Mr.O again...if it be this year or next...
