Aspirin:
"Aspirin was the first discovered NSAID. Dose dependent liver injury is accepted as the prevalent mechanism. Liver toxicity rate is very low currently since aspirin has been replaced by paracetamol and ibuprofen in pediatric patients and in various rheumatic diseases."
Ibuprofen: "Ibuprofen has the highest liver safety profile among NSAIDs and showed no severe liver injury in larger studies. Along with paracetamol and aspirin, it is considered one of the most common over the counter NSAIDs sold in the world."
Diclofenac: "Diclofenac is probably the most used NSAID in rheumatology. Severe liver reactions and diclofenac hospitalization rate are uncommon. An increase in ALT levels of 3-10 × ULN is observed in 3% of cases." (that increase in ALT is nothing)Source: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: What is the actual risk of liver damage?
"Liver toxicity – Long-term use of NSAIDs, especially at high doses, can rarely harm the liver. Monitoring the liver function with blood tests may be recommended in some cases." Source: UpToDate
There are specific ones such as lumiracoxib which have had idiopathic hepatotoxicity, but that's completely different.
It's not one of the serious issues with simpler NSAIDs. Just full stop not. Given I actually prescribe people NSAIDs and know what I need to be monitoring and ask about with those, I'd think I know better than you.

And before you point out that thing from UpToDate as disagreeing with me, no it isn't. It's the difference between "can, sometimes in some patients" and "will in a significant portion of patients and you need to watch for it". UpToDate is American and focuses fairly heavily on defensive medicine.
with the lack of respect i'm getting, remind me why i should be helping you?
my job is helping people... i don't come here to help more, you gotta deserve it!
