Have been keeping busy on off days, usually just shit like some chins, goblet squats or lunges with no weight, pushups and dragging the sled for 20 mins or so.

 Doesn't seem like much but I though I might not walk for the rest of the day after last set of squats, legs were flogged, felt fine half way through bench though.
