Canberra have a strongish comp - a new team came in the comp/was formed about 2 years ago called 'The Spears' - I think they are currently ranked (in stats) the 2nd best team in Aus - we have the mercy rule in the Canberra Comp (unsure if it is the same in other states) but if you are beating a team by 50 points it is called off - The Spears I dont think finished 4 quarters all season last year - one game I watched was over in just over a quarter - they are insane - full of Samoans and Tongans.
