Hey all,
what do you find the best meals leading up to and during a comp.
With an hour between weigh in an warmups, I don't think I will be able to have a huge feed an keep it down. And if I do it will probably just make me sluggish.
During the day I was thinking some creamed rice, protein drink, bananas, and lollies, thoughts?
