Favourite NON powder based post workout "supplement"

If it's simply that you can't afford protein powder, then just get cheaper powder. As in, go to woolworths and find something on special - take what you can get.

If it's still too expensive, then buy some low fat milk and some eggs. Liquid form should be absorbed quicker
 
High of course....don't want to be milking with dem lower class milking types....
