Workouts will be early mornings, out of bed at 4:15am two days during the week and Sat Sunday when ever I wake. Generally don't have time in the evening due to the time I arrive home. I need to get rid of them man boobs.
Grand old campaigner out of stud work for another crack at the big time here. Carrying near top weight, so has it all to do against the young-un's, but seems to have plenty left in the tank.
