Does anyone have any suggestions for my Back/Chest day?

Why do you think the dumbbell flye is ineffective? At the top of the axis it is easier, but I wouldn't say it is 'ineffective'.

It just doesn`t hit the spot and there are more easy points than hard.
Crossover cables etc. will hit the muscles all through the entire movement.
BTW I`m not a fan of the pec dec either but that just me personally - not for any particular reason.
