Hey all,
My main points with this are:
1. Something that won't break the budget while I'm still at uni (about 10 weeks). I'd like to keep it to $50 of my own money + shopping mum does.
2. I don't mind eating every day
Post workout shake is to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I'm looking to put on weight and get stronger, obviously, but I will be happy if I can simply eat well (which I haven't in the past 3 years at uni) consistently.
So if you have ideas for things to make it cheaper... or if it is flat out terrible, I'd be glad to hear it. I figure if I don't get the progress I want, I will add pb sammies to meals before my workout.
Eggs and oats
Fruit protein shake/smoothie
Chicken wrap
Pasta and mince / rice and tuna
Post workout shake (banana, cookies n cream ice cream, powder, milk)
Dinner – red meat and vegies
Tuna and pb + water before bed
