cheers mate.
looking to probably change my breky from special k to oats - but i like the special k for a change so ill leave it at that. Forgot to add the almonds into the calories % so its around 3700 cals - is this to much? i guess if i start to gain heaps of fat ill back it off 500 cals.

Maybe not enough calories if anything, try up it 4000 if your not gaining weight.

Good variety though, i actually really like the plan. You put 150ml of water in there so please tell me your drinking a lot more.

Ditch one shake for 400g of tuna, and the other for 300g chicken.
5 shakes is too many for one day.
/my 3 cents

Yeah probably too many shakes. But woah 400g of tuna, one can is like 60g drained I can't imagine eating 400g lol.

Yes I drink atleast 7 litres of water a day

The 150ml is with protein shake at that time I am at work and no access to milk.

Yeah was thinking 5 shakes bit much. I would of thought 3700 cals was plenty. But I could b wrong, time will tell I guess

Cheers for all feedback!

How much is to much for dinner? How much chicken , beef or pork would be maximum amount I could eat?

Theres no such thing as if you eat a lot at dinner it will turn into fat when you sleep.
You can eat your largest meal at dinner, just whatever fits in.
