this is my first post. I am really keen to try a cyclic ketogenic diet. Does anyone know where I can find more information in regards to meal plans etc, or if anyone knows someone who can develop a meal plan for me?

No Meal plan info but allowed foods on Keto is very basic. Protein source, fat source.
