I was thinking about this in bed last night.
Some times i get a little upset with the fact that my size gains dont come as fast as my strength gains.
But then i realise starting a bodybuilding routine when you are weak is just ridiculous.
its really simple... you arent getting size gains as fast as strength gains because you ARENT EATING ENOUGH. a bodybuilding routine wont give you faster size gains. working hard in the gym a few days a week is all you need to get stronger, which is quite a bit easier than preparing and eating six proper meals a day, every day, for an extended period of time. thats why you arent getting bigger as fast as you are getting stronger.
well then youre not having any trouble with size gains are you...?
I am gaining fat not muscle size.
yeah, was referring to your initial post. do you still need me to tell you that what you eat, not whether or not you are doing a bodybuilding routine, is what will change your body composition?
