Yes, always plenty of water.
Due to the size and hardness of the stone and the time it appeared my specialist is certain it is due to the several years of my creatine use. People can please themselves if they want to use creatine or not, Im just putting forward my experience over the last 12 mths and I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the same thing if it can be avoided. According to my urologist long term creatine use in athletes wrecks the kidneys and Im giving you guys my first hand experience of that.
Make sure your getting Quality Creapure Creatine. Its the cleanest, highest quality creatine out there. Honestly if it doesn't have the german Creapure logo or tradmark I won't use it. I use ON (optimum nutrition) micornized creatine monohydrate at the moment.
have you been on the angry pills again?Well that's fucking dumb...

Once you have done your loading phase - 20 grams per day for 5 days. Simply continue with the maintenance serving of 5 grams per day. No cycling needed It ain't no AAS.Ive just started taking creatine and im wondering if I should cycle it or not? Lots of different information online and I didnt notice anything mentioned in this thread. Should I cycle it or do I just take it daily and not worry about it? Every website has different ideas such as loading for 5 days, than maintain for 4 weeks, 4 weeks off another one goes 2 weeks on, 1 week off etc
I'm the same, I get little 'bloat' from Creatine. But with that in mind the amount of water retention will be minimal anyway. As JDY's article pointed out you get 3 grams of water retention per gram of creatine. So on that once you are on maintenance, the amount of water retention is only 15 grams extra 'water weight' from the supplemented creatine.Creatine Mono does not give me any bloat at all, either non responder to it or not prone to the bloat or theres no sodium in the bulk nutrients one
You should be taking creatine with a very sweet drink, grape juice etc. as the sugar acts as transport for the creatine and increases uptake.
You should notice significant weight gain. Typically, 2 - 5kg in 7 days. If not, you are either one of the few non responders or (and much more likely) you have bad product.
Additionally, a lot of big name brands and places like GNC will rip you off for creatine. If you can get 1kg of creatine monohydrate (99% purity, pharma grade, micronised) from us for $16 you can imagine the kind of margins they have on it.
