Its' actually on the packet- 'for best results consume twice a day, not before training'.
Edit: Ok, just had a look on your site under the directions tab where it says 'For best results consume twice a day, take before training'.

Yes, that's not exactly correct there. Considering people do seem to get immediate benefits from it, we probably should remove anything that says not to take before training.
We'd be happy to leave where it says "use before training", but we could equally just have something that says "Cissus can be used any time of the day" as really this is the best advice because it's not exactly a time specific ingredient.
We'll place this on the 'to-do' list to avoid confusion. Thank you for that!
