Keep at it CCM, one thing perhaps to consider if your struggling with apeitite is to eat more calorie dense foods, so your not eating as often or the quantities, but when you do you are still getting your cals for the day? this may include increase some healthy fats to hit those cals?

re the brownies, you don't need to use pea (i just did cos that was handy and I wanted a dairy free option as i have a lot of readers who are lactose intolerant).
Normally, i would use casein. Casein is great for brownies. Don't use whey as it dries everything out too much and this recipe doesn't have anything extra to make up for that (think rubber tyres)
So use casein when I write pea protein or rice protein
