Thanks guys, nearly lost my dad last week but he's on the way to a full recovery. Will take some time but so long as he's going to be OK, I will be happy.
Been a horrible week.
It's a nice day to start over today.
I've lost around 1.5kg and wasn't eating enough (eating windows too small and I wasn't that hungry obviously).
No training since the Friday before last.
Last week was a scheduled recovery/deload week so I guess I took it to the extreme

Probably a HIIT week considering the tachycardia I had for most of it.
Anyways, worried about going to back to bench day today as I was still tired (lack of sleep last night) and didn't have much energy.
BUT, I got a PB for bench regardless! Made me feel confident I could do so much better once back at full steam
Bench 40kg x 5, 4, 3 @ 45.7kg
Didn't feel half as hard as it used to. Not much for anyone else on this forum but huge for me with my stupid long levers and world's suckiest bench.
My last 1RM was 41kg so much improvement since then.
Also, leg/hip feeling heaps better after a lot of painful dry needling. More of that to come this week but it's working

Hopefully will get the OK to squat soon.
have moved down to 5 rep sets from this week.
