Check out the ATP tutorial floating around on here and on poontube...out of all the wrapping methods spiral probably gives the least carry over. The most would be Sub X (my fav) or Nicols Thread...but be warned they HURT LIKE A BIATCH!!!! but this ain't netball is it princess.

*EDIT* I just started a Facebook page 'Power Lifting Adelaide' Its at stage one of collection a data base of names to start getting some more action going on in this town. I might start with some Deadlift meets at the Crossfit club or something similar/easy to pull off.
Just having a bit of fun sunshine, we all know more people are likely to show for a push/pull or deadlift only meet than anything to do with squatting.
I finally got my Metal All Black wraps from EFS after nearly 3 months wait. Put them on after work sets last night. Used sub-x (thanks jonnie) and got a reasonably easy, considering what I had done before, 240kg squat. 20kg PR. I'm just wrapped with my All Blacks
