CAPO's National Deadlift Challange!

Max finished last in the 67.5kg class of his first PTC comp, he got beat by everyone that day.

Lucky he didnt care or didnt stop.

I feel for those that dont compete for fear of not winning. Good on you Paulie and Jeremy, plus everyone else having a go

Mate, you wont be the weakest guy at ProRaw if you compete, but you may be if you dont. PL is not a spectator sport, you dont get stronger watching

I look forward to meeting you and the guys you train.

elite fts i think, spiral from below knee

havnt tried the x style but everyone here does the standard spiral, wrapping outwards

Check out the ATP tutorial floating around on here and on poontube...out of all the wrapping methods spiral probably gives the least carry over. The most would be Sub X (my fav) or Nicols Thread...but be warned they HURT LIKE A BIATCH!!!! but this ain't netball is it princess.

I've been playing aroun with sub x. Still very loose at this stage 'cause as you said it hurts like a bitch! Slowly getting tighter each week.

Ive been using the sub-x. Id say its around 50%-60% tight. and ive been getting 10-15kg out of them.

And im well aware of who you are :) The joys of Adelaide :p

Oh dear! Not sure how to take that one :P

Ben's the other guy who lifts weights in Adelaide lol

No no, theres lots. They're all curling in my squat rack.....

*EDIT* I just started a Facebook page 'Power Lifting Adelaide' Its at stage one of collection a data base of names to start getting some more action going on in this town. I might start with some Deadlift meets at the Crossfit club or something similar/easy to pull off.

Just having a bit of fun sunshine, we all know more people are likely to show for a push/pull or deadlift only meet than anything to do with squatting.

I finally got my Metal All Black wraps from EFS after nearly 3 months wait. Put them on after work sets last night. Used sub-x (thanks jonnie) and got a reasonably easy, considering what I had done before, 240kg squat. 20kg PR. I'm just wrapped with my All Blacks

P.S I cranked them fairly tight and I have sore knees to pay for it today. Also think I've strained a muscle in my left calf while wrapping.

Belt and Wraps. The suit is staying away until after pro raw. Then I'm gonna become the biggest gear whore on the planet.
