calories in vs calories out

How shitty is too shitty? Daily I eat:
- 3 grand angus's + 1 soft serve
- 6 eggs + 2 pieces of toast
- Maybe a mars bar + some Mother drinks
- Protein shakes

No fruit, packets of veggies, etc...
I have been having a foot long subway + 500g of home cooked mince + Dolmios lately to try to eat a bit better.. I've cut out 2 of the Maccas burgers too

That's pretty shitty
 
metabolism changed to cope with the increase in calories (and exercise), so the body turned into a furnace and chewed up many excess calories.

yes it does exist.

for todays maintenance isn't always yesterdays, and you people are just trying to use science to guess, which we know the body adapts and changes EVERY DAY.
