callouses

not if you adjust the grip. i find if i dont use so much tension in my hands, that the calluses dont hurt because they dont pinch under the bar.
 
uh... its not that complicated. First off I mean, you dont have to grip the bar so hard you lose circulation in your hands. And secondly, try to sort of wrap your hands onto the bar, not just straight on grabbing it, if you wrap them on it decreases the amount of skin that can be pinched to the bar, and also reduces pain on pre-formed calluses.
 
??? You are giving Dave advice on Deadlift grip? I thought they did nothing for you?
 
lol, fair enuff, ahha how would u feel being modo, 2 guys both agree he's info's useless lol.
 
his info is ok if you deadlift 40kg but most of the guys that have the problems with their callouses are deadlifting at least 3 times that much, have a look at what Hulk did to his hands on page 3
 
since buying my gloves, i actually havent done my back workout..

so i'll post up my verdict when it happens
