yeah im happy but i could of had more if i didnt lose weight leading up to oceanias.
tomorrow im off to minhs to write out next years program, i plan on puttin 100kgs on my total to set the ipf sub j 93s world record squat/deadlift/total records at commonwealths in december need 225/120/255
it will be hard, chances of making it are slim, ill be training raw followed up by equipped to build tensile strength in hope to force raw gains from handling all the extra weight while equipped. so the sessions will be huge, its going to be a massive year. will also be writing up a diet plan tomorrow to keep within range of 93s. with adjusments to suit mass gains
will be running bb like assistance to build back mass, so hypertrophy rows/chins etc
this is what i need to raise my motivation, have been a bit flat lately.
Good for you callan
I find that people describing it as 'assistance' gives the impression that it's not as important, if you train shoulders, triceps or biceps etc. they should be worked just as hard as the larger body parts.
