I would also drop one of the 2 cans of tuna serves (rdon't replace it with another protein source) for the short term until your guts are back to normal

add in a variety of veggies to get a range of micronutrients and so you won't hate broccoli after a week or two. Grab some spinach, kale, sweet potato, capsicum, whatever.
