Body Part combos

I generally do two muscle groups / body parts each time I visit the gym (e.g. chest and shoulders). Are there any muscle group combos you should avoid? Also, are there any muscle groups parts you should doing the day after doing a particular body part? (e.g. Doing Biceps on day 1 and Triceps on day 2).

The reason I ask, is that I used to only go 3 times a week and have sufficient recover times in between. I now go most days (usually 5 times a week).

Cheers

if you're training chest and shoulders on the same day. do shoulders first
i doubt you can press overhead more than you can bench

You could avoid this if you do
upper body - lower body - upper body - lower body etc? that way upper body has 2 days to rest and recover before the next sesion.
