Hate to say I told you so but ......................


"In recent days a competition one of our gyms Camperdown Fitness is running under the event management of Bondi Strength Co has come under unnecessary fire. We would like to clarify for people what is going on.
The competition BIKINI CAR WASH SQUAT COMP is a charity event. The powerlifting competition will run as normal but at the same time the good people at Camperdown Fitness are taking the initiative to raise money for charity by coinciding the event with a fun bikini car wash.
We at CAPO Powerlifting Australia support this event 100% and encourage all gyms and businesses evolved in powerlifting to take steps to help raise money for charity whilst also raising the awareness for the sport we all love.
We at CAPO believe it is best to lead by example and we would like to publicly announce for every car that gets washed we will donate $5.00 to the charity.
So get on board for a fun day, if you cant compete you can get your car washed !!! Every bit counts!!!"
