I like the idea of working in the 8~12 torso and 15~20 lower body world.

From workout to workout
You start off at the lower rep, over time youll reach the target, increase the weight, start again.

I've started doing this 2 plate bench 3 plate squat 4 plate deadlift, once I hit 10reps for sets add another plate.

All the fancy programs are giving me the shits, it doesn't have to be so complex
