Great response bro, way to avoid all that I mentioned and make some complete bullshit up that has nothing to do with what I said.
If you want to get really pedantic, you're not doing Westside unless you're there at the club
Disagree. Theyve published their template for all to see and use. Thatd be like saying you're not doing ppp unless you're in frankston.

Im not disagreeing with you but i have seen Louie himself as well as Tate say that the only people doing westside are those at westside.
He's good at that, really good.
Oni wan Kenobi strikes again....
Thanks for the input bams101...

you were talking about irrelevant things
>As a whole, Conjugated Periodisation (westside programmimg), did not take into account for the development of geared lifting many years after it was originally thought up by the Dynamo Club.
No one fucking mentioned conjugate programming. I did not say conjugate programming was bad for a raw lifter. The rest of your argument is based around something "not being westside anymore" which frankly I give zero fucks about. Westside is a club known for it's multiply lifters, not it's raw lifters and many of the athletes have very poor (in comparison) raw strength to their geared strength

Now for the conjugate method. Speed or DYNAMIC EFFORT work is a fundamental part of it whether it be box jumps, shot put, keg toss or speed bench. So by arguing that speed work or speed-strength skills are not good for raw lifter is saying that conjugated programming is bad for the raw lifter.
I need help with my bench.
If my 1RM is ~80kg, should I do something like Ed coans program, one heavy day, one light. Or should I hit it 2 times a week heavier?
I respond better to higher volume I think, I never get anywhere on the 5 x 5 stuff.
Whats your body weight, years lifting etc. All factors that need to be considered. Whats your current programme, progression, assistance etc.
