Barbell bicep curl x 2 sets
Incline barbell curls x 2 sets
decline barbell curls x 2 sets
standing dumbell curls x 2 sets
sitting dumbell curls x 2
Hammer curls x 2
preacher curls x 2
reverse curls x 2
