Assisted Chin ups/ Pull ups/ Dips?

That is true. But starting now will just make them easier during my cut. I've bulked on around 5kg and their significantly harder since the last time i can remember trying to do them.

Had my pullups day yesterday, I could only manage like a few wide grips maybe 2, then had to do them negative, close grips later afterwards I could only manage like 1 but i'm thinking that was just because I was fatigued. Will definitely do them first before anything next time.

Tomorrow's dips, I managed to get like 5 reps unassisted last week first time i tried but the form wasn't the best. I might just try and see if i can do one going the whole way down and then pushing myself the whole way up until elbows are almost locked. Wish me luck :D
