Not sure if Arnold was just joking with this video or whether he was actually serious about what he was saying. I say that because he made a big mistake in the very first couple of minutes when going from the bench press to the lat pulldown. This subject (or debate to some) is all over the net. It goes something like this: Train Muscles NOT Movements, or Train movements NOT muscles, or Train both muscles and movements. I won't get into it here, but it suffices to say that for what Arnold was saying to be certified as being "true", he would have gone from the bench press to a back rowing exercise and not the lat pulldown. The lat pulldown antagonist would be an overhead pressing exercise and so on. I'm not getting technical with names like vertical and/or horizontal push or pull etc. My aim was just to point out to the uninitiated that what Arnold said in his first couple of minutes was incorrect....,with all due respect to the Austrian Oak of course.
