Are You Kidding Me? Maxing Out on Squats and Good Mornings Every Day?

Most of the olympic lifters I have seen squat like Pat, more bounce and more explosively. More than one way to skin a cat when it comes to squats.

To be honest if the guy is squatting 800lbs ATG, without a belt or knee wraps I reckon he knows what he's doing.
 
That's how the lifters at my powerlifting club squat too. It's only when they're in a suit that it doesn't look obvious that they're bouncing explosively out of the bottom.

Anyway, few of us here are in any position to criticize a guy's 800lbs raw squat. :p
