I think it is easy to make a 1000calories shake
that's my weight gainer
2scoops of wpc
2 table spoons almond spread
dash of cinnamon
2tablespoon chia seeds
500ml milk
1 banana
2 tablespoon of milo
some oats for good measure
Weight Gainer is just cheap protein with a heap of sugar added, plenty of threads about it already.
If you really want to make a basic weight gainer buy some WPC or WPI protein powder, and add 1kg of Dextrose to 1kg of protein and you are done, then have with full cream milk.
