Try and stick with steak, potatos, rice, pasta, sweet potato, oats, eggs, protein powder, milk, nuts, yogurt, fruit..more so than pizza, ice cream, maccas etc ....these things should be extra onto your bulking diet...not your diet...
Ew, don't cook with olive oil, smoke point is too low. It goes awful when heated. Love the stuff on veges or salads though - a tablespoon a day will keep your calories ticking
