dunno for sure but i'd think it'd have some kinda hook on the chair.
 
Well you'd wanna know how it works before purchasing. That website tells you jack shit.
 
ok so i blew up the picture and there's a bar that sticks out with a hole in it for a carabina or shackle.
 
That would be virtually useless, the lat pulldown doesn't have the capacity to hold enough weight for a leg press exercise
