Looks ok, only thing id like to add would be some sort of row??

Hanging leg raises to easy too,needs bigger volume surely??
 
yeah any strength plan with no rows is never gonna work you need a big strong back to be strong!!
 
i read that you need to do as many rows as benches to get strong
