The weight that these blokes move.

Look at the slo-mo at :35 and again at 1:35:
The bar is absolutely STILL and he (quicker than the eye can detect) moves under the bar.

Then plows the bar up from a dead stop in a front squat and then in a split squat.

These dudes can standing vertical jump about 40+ inches.
Two salient points in my mind here: That is a super-technical athletic move that almost nobody is qualified to teach especially after a weekend certification.
And that is a SPORT measuring 1-rep MAX rep and not a training method.
The weight: 264kg.

 
Actually he did catch the bounce at the bottom position, which allowed for plenty of power reserves through the jerk drive, resulting in a successful lift. In two words: awesome precision!

The only way a lifter can catch the bounce at the bottom squat position (instead of being buried into a dead stop by the loaded bar), is for him to have had a tremendous extension in the third pull of that bar (exactly at the 34 second frame high on his toes), which Alexey Lovchev most certainly did have. Hence I wrote: "awesome precision".
