I lost muscle size due to the loss of some intramuscular fat, but don't think I've lost any lean mass. Haven't lost any strength anyway but it's a little difficult to measure otherwise
Started at 84.3kg, went up to 86.7kg at week 6 and then back down to 83.5kg to finish. Didn't lean out as much as I would have liked but its just harder when you get over 40, or at least that is my excuse !!
Thanks guys. As with all of us I would still like more muscle and less fat. It's hard when training 2 days a week and probably not having the best diet !! Lol
