Well done. Do you think you lost much muscle?

I lost muscle size due to the loss of some intramuscular fat, but don't think I've lost any lean mass. Haven't lost any strength anyway but it's a little difficult to measure otherwise
Maybe you lost muscle size due to lack of regular carbs?????

Thanks guys. As with all of us I would still like more muscle and less fat. It's hard when training 2 days a week and probably not having the best diet !! Lol
