I wouldn't say I'm adapted at all as I'm usually pretty damn sore for a few days after haha. I started a month ago with 60kgx60reps (that was what the other people in my gym were squatting so I figured I'd just see how I went). The next week I did 65x65. Week after I did 60x111 (my favourite number ) And the week after that I did the 65x111.
Now that I look at it, there is a bit of a pattern there but it wasn't really planned. Just the typical, if I can do the same amount of reps then I better add some weight to make it harder
And I just found a vid from last weeks 65kgx111 squat set. Here is the last 13 reps for an idea of the speed I was going. I think I did the last few a bit quicker than the previous 25 or so because I knew I was close to the end
