It was a shitty meet
I opened too heavy on everything but squat and did not go low enough
I have tight everything, Fuzzy was saying my ROM was massive but I didn't manage to squat below parallel lol. Apparently the bar rolled down my back as well haha
It's much better now but I am rolling and stretching out my calves, quads, shoulders, pecs, levator scap, psoas err day
 
I swear some time ago you wer talking about whatever gear you wer on drys you out, e.g the fluid on your joints could this beem a probelm? Or am
