I know a lot of peeps here say "cardio pffftt!"
But, do we need sustained (12-15 min) aerobic exercise? Not talking about high intensity weights, but actual cardio at a sustained higher intensity for at least 15 minutes numerous times a week??? Sometin to do with the left ventricle or something.

These guys are slowly building up a nice range of interviews.
Just listened to episode 19 with Nathan Baxter. Some interesting advice on training for bench press and also what happened to him leading up to a series of massive strokes that left him near death.

Due to popular belief these to exercises are not the same and one is a bastardised form of the other due to people being impatient and trying to add weight before perfecting form.
the SLDL is an example of an exercise where you must start light as opposed the the Ukrainian version.

it's like a barbell front delt raise, except you raise the barbell all the way over head.
so do a barbell front raise and extend all the way up until overhead starting from front/waist finish over head. if it's an actual exercise, what is the name of it?
also isn't this exercise a pretty good...

I feel that where you are ranked at end of year is more important, and look to Australian masters weightlifting to show Gerry and the sport of powerlifting the light...
