    Aerobic exercise - do we need it?

    I know a lot of peeps here say "cardio pffftt!" But, do we need sustained (12-15 min) aerobic exercise? Not talking about high intensity weights, but actual cardio at a sustained higher intensity for at least 15 minutes numerous times a week??? Sometin to do with the left ventricle or something.

    surgery and training...

    I hadnt squatted in 2 months due to leg surgery... i did two squat sessions last week but now ive had to have surgery on my hand... is there a way i can continue to squat?     I don't want to hurt myself getting back into lifting so I am keeping things very light for a while.     6 week dbol question

    I did a 6 week dbol 30mg "cycle" and the strength and what not was awesome. I'm on my pct of nolva for 4 weeks. Because it's an oral if I don't use any orals and do a 10 week test e cycle can I do it any sooner than the 8 weeks normally ? If that makes sense
