So I've been eating a lot of tuna of late, and I usually eat the tuna with frozen vegetables, such as peas/corn/carrot or similar.
I'm just wondering if there if its considered better to eat tuna with a more traditional salad, such as lettuce or similar.

just wanted to check and see how good this would be as a variation of plain tuna.
It's not meant to be eaten all the time, but makes a nice change once a month or so.
1 small potato - mashed (like not even fist size)

1. Sautee 2 tablespoons chopped onions in oil

Tuna or Salmon patties:
mix tuna or canned salmon with egg whites, flour and onion. I use the george foreman grill, which works very well since you don't have to flip anything.
I use 1/4 cup per patty, about 12-14g depending on what brand of tuna or salmon you use. Very tasty.

Tuna burgers:
drain 1 can of tuna in water.
Place in bowl
add 2 eggwhites
add 14grams of pancake mix, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 1 teaspoon of chopped onions.
