Should progressive overload be done at every training session or should I do a few sessions at a certain weight/reps before upping things? Also how much should the weight go up in percentage terms?

Day #1: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day #2: Back/Biceps/Abs
Day #3: Rest Day
Day #4: Quads/Hamstrings/calves

Alternatively, you can do two days on and one day off. Just keep rotating the workouts...

Been training for a good while now, probably on and off for two years - off with two knee injuries, and a shouder...caused about 6 months in total in layoffs.
Meh. Was 70 kg 3 years ago. and weak as shit. 86 now, but have put on too much fat...
Anyone read this? I just got through all 500+ pages. He advises against this (reading everything), but I wanted to know everything he had learned. I admit I skim-read the improving your baseball bat swinging section though. :p
