So, after I went through the whole IF and warrior diet phase, I can eat massive meals, even though I'm pretty good with hitting macros, I seem to rarely feel satisfied after a meal, unless I've had too much!!

Not sure if this has been posted yet but I saw this the other day so I used heat last night on my shoulder instead of ice, which is what I would normally do. Obviously no instant relief of pain last night but today its feeling much better, well enough to train at least.
