    If you don't have sore muscle next day was your work out pointless?

    Hi I'm curious if you can work out and do weights but work out in a way so that you are able to walk the next day. Or is it pointless if your not sore. Just I want to tone up and do weights but I don't want to be very sore the next day as my job is very physical and I need to be able to walk...

    Exercise for helping Sore knee?

    A little over a month ago i fell off my bike on my fall i think i twisted my knee , nothing broken just a bit of muscle injury which made my knee swell up a bit. I brought one of those compression knee brace things which helps. Does anyone know of any excercises that can help with my knee Thanks

    Hey I have been working 4 days a week for about 5 months now. Have had some really good results, bodyshape has changed having dropped about 14kg and really look forward to working out (wish I could skip recovery days for a workout). Anyway am finding that I get sore 2 days after a workout...

    sore shoulder after bench press

    whats the best remedy for sore shoulder after bench press? if i use barbell shoulder strains if i use dumbells my shoulder is ok i can do flyes ok but just when i do bench press with a barbell i get sharpe pains in one shoulder? any help or ideas would be appreciated?
