I recently changed my bench technique after attending a seminar. It feels better on my shoulders and I feel stronger but I'm nnoticing on days where I deadlift after I'm pretty sore through Tye back from arching more..
Will that go away? Will I just get used to it?
Cheers

Which exercises and techniques do you use to balance out your anterior and posterior shoulders/delts?
Too many dudes focus on the anterior (eg presses, flyes), not enough on the posterior (eg rows, reverse flyes).
What lengths do YOU go to to ensure your shoulder gets worked out evenly across...

So my shoulders click, snap and pop when I move them around in wide circles such as in a shoulder dislocation movement with the broomstick (or in a windmill)
They certainly click, snap, and pop when I do warm up exercises such as anterior and lateral rotation with a small weight or dumbell...

I got my xrays for back, and it helps explain why I can never get an arch at start of clean or deadlift. I remember years ago m weightlifting coach saying I needed to get more of an arch, but things have obviously got worse.

Pressing a barbell overhead has somehow acquired the reputation as a dangerous exercise for the shoulders. Doctors and physical therapists routinely advise against the exercise weightlifters refer to as simply The Press on the false assumption that an injury known as "shoulder impingement"...
Anyone here do both muscle groups on the same day? I was thinking of giving it a go (switching each week whether I start with back or delts).
I would then be able to have a day for biceps triceps alone.
Currently I do a 5 day split

Hi all,
Anyone here using giant sets in there training? I've been working them into my training over the past 3 weeks and find them great for cutting down on workout time. Mainly as a way to get through accessory work after the compound lifts.

Now, he recommends using 10kg for...

Does anyone else get an annoying pain in the shoulder? And it clicks al the time...
I'll probably go see a Physio in the next week or 2, but I've had it for yonks and always just ignore it as its more annoying than painful.
Anyone have it, had it or know what it is?
