I do them on the cables. Doesn't hurt my shoulders or forearms.
Seems like I'm turning to the cables more and more lately. I can train pain free with them.
Try upright rows on the cable. You'll love the pump.
A bloke I was speaking to the other day reckoned that you should be to row (bent over rows or pen daly row) approximately as much as you can bench, so that your muscles are 'balanced' - thoughts on this? Correct, rubbish, bro science?
If you do them, what weight are you using for your worksets. Also give squat and deadlift numbers for comparison. If you can remember can you say what weight you started on with rows too. Thanks.
I was wondering if the barbell row is more beneficial to a T bar row or a dumbbell row? I've been doing barbell rows for a while and i was looking to change them up but i know barbell rows are an important compound exercise. Can these rows be substituted with a t bar row and still have the same...

I do these once a week on my shoulders day. I'm seeing some gain in the last 5 months (30->50kg close grip).
I've been told by a friend these are bad news for your rotator cuffs though, and now that I've done a bit of googling, it seems to be a ticking timebomb
What's the go with these? can't...
Does anyone here do inverted rows? They don't get much of a mention on the forum but i reckon they're a pretty good exercise.

Thoughts? It's like a t-bar row but you row that fucker with one arm
Looks like you would get a better range of motion with one arm as well and it looks cool as fuck. Option of using a fat grip also
I think these are best if your trying to build up raw core power next to dead lifts of course. these can really boost most of all your upper body lifts.
I think these would be great for getting past strength platu's if your've not seriously tried em before.

How do you know if your doing them right?
I'm getting all my info about this exercise from that YouTube guy Scooby. Is what he says right? I have found out that sometimes the internet doesn't give a full picture of what's going on.
Also where in your program should this sit if your doing...

When my boyfriend doees upright rows he can keep the weight close to his body all the way up only because he is rather skinny. But when i do them my girlie bits get in the way making it impossible to do the exercise in the same way.
