Just had a blood test, and one of the things they checked was my test levels. Turns out my "free testosterone" is a bit low, not much but it is outside the normal range.
This is a bit demoralising... I figured I was still another year away from considering a cycle, but if Im low naturally...

Currently trying my best to put on some muscle and it's working well but I can no longer see the 6-pack. I don't look much different from the average bloke at first glance but I know I will look awesome with ~5kg less fat.
