I am not looking to start taking HGH I am just curious when do bodybuilders decide to take it? Do they base it on age or if they reach a certain level?
I know the principle of overload when applied to compound exercises involving the large muscle groups but does it still apply to the same extent for isolation exercises? I would have thought that there must be a limit to how much small muscles can grow so overload becomes ineffective after...

Also is it ok to buy internationally as I feel shipping conditions may not be optimal (exposure to heat etc.)
Hi Everyone,
New to the site and have a query.
Back story I'm 34 years old and have low Testosterone.
As my wife and I are planning on having a family TRT was not an option and instead doctor put me on 25mg dose of Clomid.
I was skeptical at first but see below for the results.

You see P.T.'s in public Parks all the time now. They all seem to be getting their Clients to do a Circuit type program ie. Medicine Ball lifts and throws, Bands, Push Ups, Abs and other stuff. It seems to me that they are just targeting the ill-informed and running/starting a Business that...

Hey all. I'm trying to get to the level of a fully fledged pull up. I'm currently on 40kg on the assisted pull up machines. So how do you know when you are ready to move onto the resistant band? I'd imaging there are some stability muscles that aren't being worked on the assisted pull up machine.

I'm going to try this cutting thing.
So my understanding is that;
Y=1 gram protein x 1 pound body weight (136)
X=0.3 grams fat x 1 pound body weight (136)
so I am 62 kg which is 136 pounds.
(Y x 4) + (X x 9) = 544 + 367.2 = 911.2

I thought it'd be fun to have a timed deadlift challenge.
simply max reps in 10 minutes.
pick a "level" and report how many reps you are able to get in the 10 minutes.
then work ur ass off to get that number higher and beat yourself and fellow Ausbb members at your level.
