I generally dont grunt when im not lifting near my personal best.
But generally say if im squatting say 120kg + i would start grunting on my last few reps.
Now i have seen people grunt lifting 30kgs on dumbell bench presses and causing a ruckess (sp?) then dropping it on the ground like it...
Being a shorty (5'2"/158cm) I'm taking inspiration from the short guys like Larry Bernstein but there aint too much information available on the internet about him. Being new to the game I dont know who else fits the bill - short male bodybuilders. Any suggestions? Thanks heaps.
